Flat Feet insoles

I was wondering if anyone could recommend an insole for wide flat feet please. I have started to experience pain which seems to be associated with my fallen arches. I know I need to see a podiatrist but I haven't been able to get an online appointment.

Hi, I'd really recommend a sports physio. They will be able to advise from an in person or video consultation, and you may not need the insole. Good luck
