A 3 hour continuous run from me today - 28km covered at around 6:30 per km pace (if memory serves). I was a bit tired at the end. I'll keep pushing the kays and see were I get - not really enough time for significant improvement. Big toe joint a bit misbehaving today
Blood result back in for my thyroid and my T4 as one of the key hormone of metabolism is more than double the optimum range. The conclusion is that I am over-medicated and my medication dose is reduced - should help to improve my energy levels

Maybe one day I'll get to run it, for now it's a slow recovery after breaking my fibula 11 weeks ago.
