    Yes to the lyrics! I had thought of using these!

    Yesterday's were Walking on the Moon, The Police.

    Don't feel great this morning and the cricket is making me feel worse!

    I also remember the hat and gloves dramas!

    Emz, if I have any episodes of note I press a button on the monitor and make a note. Little to report though. 
    Progress is rarely a straight line. There are always bumps in the road, but you can make the choice to keep looking ahead.

    Relative self isolation this evening.

    Oh dear Ale, not good. Maybe you need to ignore the cricket until you feel stronger!
    Emz - I know it's not just us not seeing family. Will try not to moan. Just gets to me now and again.
    Sun is out though still cold. However probably a short run day as got a run with friend lined up tomorrow when I can see folk again(I'll be devastated if she cancels!). Bread and cake making (lemon drizzle) first.
    Wabo - I thought run the sum was just for Feb  or is it an all year thing? Enjoy. 
    Think Chick must be off in the sun!

    1.8k walked, slowly with a stick. No issues. Represents progress, slow as it may be. Feel better for the fresh air.

    Haven't a clue about cricket..

    Naughty Lucas emzap, he must be looking forward to spring / summer.

    Can imagine you are looking forward to the end of self-isolation Els and OH.  (and the end of the insulation as well).

    You don't sound like a rubbish housewife to me Els - baking and bread making especially.

    What: longer than normal Saturday outing with 3 other running pals - bit solo at the beginning to post a letter and do some drills - altogther 15k
    Why: The group leader wanted to show us a route - was worth a look and will likely be revisited.  
    Last hard: today's hills (350m +/-) did drag a bit
    Last rest: 30.03.
