Sunday 14th March 2021 Falling on my head like a memory

Morning!

Lyrics: Falling on my head like a memory
Falling on my head like a new emotion

Lines two and three

What: hopefully a walk and some pottering in the garden

Why: hopefully feel up to it. Rain may get in the way though

And Happy Mother's Day where appropriate!
Progress is rarely a straight line. There are always bumps in the road, but you can make the choice to keep looking ahead.

Raining hard just now - I'm blaming AH! ;)

Appraisal preparation and a bit more interior work in summerhouse. May run later.
    Needs must.
Last hard - too much on. But opted out of Church service preparation meantime, swimming only for enjoyment and acknowledged I won't make 100 miles this month.
No time for rest although good night's sleep just had.
    Lyrics no idea

    Afternoon

    Quiet Sunday again

    Pottering before the rain Ale?

Good to be busy OH. Hope you get out for a run if you want to.

    Good night's sleep Dustin?

Guess there aren't too many trees on Orkney then Els.

    What: 23k hilly
Why: Sunday longer route and mapping out part of a round I'm planning for later in the year
Last hard: back up the hill
    Last rest: 30.03

    Lyrics: YES!

    Lyrics..nope
Windy cold wet....haven't been out yet.
    Hope you get out Ale.
    Sounds an interesting one Hazel.
Reasonable hot cross buns made last night.
Mother's Day a bit sad...when will we get to see them again?
Need to get a grip and get out!

    Afternoon all
Lyrics yes and yesterday's were listen to the rhythm of the falling rain by the cascades
Alehouse did you walk and potter
    Els did you get out?
Hazel wow how did it go?
Oh hope you fitted a run in
What club 5k aim was under 33.09 and I did 31.08
    Why just a challenge
    Last hard that was
    Last rest 31/12
I'm happy with that run tbh I felt very good. It wasn't a flat loop and I did 3 of them. It's just so busy in the forest on my normal Routes so the oh had this good idea. It went down ish then uppish!

Nice to come in quicker than anticipated, wabo. Well done.

Hazel: Are you planning something long on your own?

Weather sounds unpleasant, Els. Sending you some rays 😎

    You're always super busy, OH.

Are you feeling a bit better then, ale?

Mother's Day in Germany is always the 2nd Sunday in May 😊

Did my exercises after breakfast and I've walked up and down the hill to our holiday rental a couple of times. Picked some oranges (were just above an orange grove) but gosh, they're not quite ripe yet. They taste more like lemons 😲

    Afternoon!

Well done Wabo! On not the easiest of courses! And yes, excellent second half from my team. Keep flicking channels from the cricket. And hope Spurs can sneak a win!

    Decent run, Hazel.

Just over ten minutes walked but no pottering in the garden as the rain came, again. Feel quite a bit better but have had a headache, at the back, for most of five weeks. Plus my blood pressure is still erratic. GP tomorrow.

    Hiya
Wabo - quality 5k well done!
Ale - shame you didn't get to potter but at least you got some walking done. Hope the GP visit goes well tomorrow.
Hazel - yes, but I never have trouble sleeping! Sounds like a decent run today
Chick - sounds a good walk
OH/Els - did you get out?

What - 14 miles on the trails
    Why - LSR
    last rest - 10/10
    last hard - yesterday
Pleased with how that went after 12 including hills yesterday. Puffing a bit towards the end, but could've done a few more (but glad I didn't)
    lyric - yes!

Good to hear you're feeling about better, Ale.

Nice LSR, Dustin. I'm really looking forward to your the trails again in summer. Wouldn't want to run here though. The roads are Cornwall style narrow and the Spaniards are pretty reckless drivers 🙄

Forgot to say yes to lyrics 🙂

And I'm at 8300 steps for the day. Hopefully I can get to 10000. Anyway, it's the most I've done since the op. I'm usually at 3000 at the moment. Let's see what the diva has to say about this ;)

    Hi.

What: 4km this morning, average pace 5:45/km
Why: I had a 22 min time slot!
    Last hard: that was!
    Lyrics: yes
Then a walk round some NT parkland and gardens.

Mother's Day is bitter sweet, we don't celebrate it.

Hope everyone's ok, we are struggling with sleep here so running is sporadic to say the least

    Have a lovely day all
