Morning!
Lyrics: You are the apple of my eye
Forever you'll stay in my heart
Yesterday's lyrics were Good day sunshine, The Beatles
Today is day three of a theme.
Enjoyed yesterday's photos!
What: short run
Why: don't want to increase too soon. And not sure that I can anyway.
Then more fence treatment. Hazel, four done and four to go.
Progress is rarely a straight line. There are always bumps in the road, but you can make the choice to keep looking ahead.

Have a good Sunday all
Nice pics Emz & OH
Emz - chafing sounds nasty, but good to hear that Lucas has mastered "Mama"
For what its worth you'll hear that , often whined, for like, EVER....
You have been warned....
Wabo - Forest run sounds a delight
HAzel - hope LSR was enjoyable
Ale - hope the run was fun, and good luck with the fencing
What - 16.5 trail miles
Why - LSR
last rest - 10/10
last hard - yesterday's track.
Quite pleased legs seemed OK this morning, trails rock solid now though - what a change in a month.
Plenty of baby lambs too!
Afternoon walk, with an impromptu stop for a pint in the Falcon....
lyric - think so
All sounds good, Dustin! Rock hard here, also, which never happens around these parts! Has your youngest returned to uni yet?
And Wabo! Trust that you will be supporting The Foxes shortly!
Good long run this morning, Hazel! Enjoy the refuelling!
Meant to say that's a lot of walking, Chick!
15k sounds a long way, mama-Emz!
What: short and easy run
Why: to bring up just under 22 km for the week; last week was just under 17 so heading in the right direction, slowly and carefully.
Emzap aww to Lucas saying mama, hows the chafing
Dustin it was lovely and as you said rock hard, some places ankle turning hard!!
Alehouse well done to your team! I'll 100% be supporting them in the final!!
We've worked so hard today, oh more than me to be fair! Getting there more each week
For anyone starting the lyrics tomorrow, the last three days have had a sunshine theme!
