Why: running to feel. Still need to stretch!
And still no rain here. Probably waiting until I go to cricket tomorrow.
PS: it is the 19th today!
What: just under an hour off road
Why: made myself do it! And I did some stretches first, albeit need to do more. Was quite pleased with the run...until I looked back at a couple of similar runs last year where the pace was slightly quicker and the HR 9 or 10 beats lower. Have made good progress over the last month though and should hit 40k this week.
Still go to put 31/12/16😨😢

Surprisingly don't ache today and ankle is fine.
Just a walk with a friend. Plus donuts... I'm on a diet I promise.
Am contemplating a long run tomorrow now ankle held up to the trails... Probably on road though, don't want to jinx it

Well and excellent day with a big surprise at the end. Puffin watching plus 21m walk on the westness cliff walk with only a couple of miles run. Another lovely days weather then came off onto the pier at Kirkwall....thought that girl standing over there looks like my daughter Helen...then she looks so like Helen...then it is!!!
Totally surprised...P knew!
