Dustin: oh no 😱 hope it's just a false positive. Those quick tests are notoriously unreliable though. Will you get the PCR test results today?

We're off to Berlin today to watch a show.

I managed another 5 miles yesterday and 3 today, but I took conscious walking breaks both times as I figured running 3 days in a row may be pushing things 😊

Thanks for all your best wishes. Unsurprisingly PCR also positive so stuck in one room for the forseeable.
Don't feel too bad- symptoms similar to a "heady" cold - its just the being stuck indoors bit.
Naturally I haven't run, but have been glued to the Olympic coverage!
Will probably stay up for the men's marathon tonight.

What: not long back from an 11k soaking
Why: didn't get out earlier due to other things
Last hard: yesterday's LR was too warm, I got dehydrated and struggled a lot on the last 6 miles.  Did the distance but needed a couple of breaks.  Today - getting up at 3:30am for a hot air ballon trip.

Better but not great. Did go to Evesham market though with Lucas. Hubby stayed home as he needed to catch up with work. Lucas was an angel, couldn't have asked for a better behaved child.

Back again tomorrow alone (although he was good, toddler juggling is hard work!).

Early night for me to minimise damage.

Oh no Dustin. Good job you were testing though, I'm guessing that's how a lot is getting spread by those with "mild colds" (and why I've done 3 LF and a PCR to check mine is not covid!)
