Morning!
Lyrics: Joan was quizzical
Studied pataphysical
Science in the home
Yesterday's were Mellow Yellow, Donovan
What: short run, stretches
Why: ran longer yesterday
Hope that you are ok Dustin, and managing plenty of s&c!
Progress is rarely a straight line. There are always bumps in the road, but you can make the choice to keep looking ahead.
Comments
What: nothing
Dustin hope you're feeling a bit better
Hazel definitely in the scared of ballooning camp!
Ale well done on the mileage
Have a lovely day all.
feeling better as the week chugs along, but still achey and tired (and sorry Ale , nowhere near as much S&C as I'd like).
Now I'm not usually a HR watcher, but my daily RHR is measured and stored via the garmin.
I had a look through the last two weeks (yes I was really that bored):
so 2 weeks ago ave rest was 41 then 41,42,40,41,40,41,40,41,45,46,46,42,42,40.
So that 45,46,46 was Thurs-Sat which were my "feeling carp" days (and a lot of resting)
Maybe there is something in this after all....
dustin glad you are feeling better. I do see my rhr increasing when I am below par
emzap oh dear that's not good you have felt rough so long!!
hazel glad you enjoyed the balloon! Enjoy the group too
mm todays lyrics no
alehouse hope you have had a nice short run and stretches
what: track later
why: I like it
last hard yesterday am
last rest: 24/7
Dustin: Sorry to hear you're still a bit poorly. That's still a very low RHR, despite the 'rona. Mine was 70 or above as a reaction to the jab! But I also had a massive fever. A feverish HR tends to go through the roof.
Aargh, that dreaded 7 mile LT run! I remember it so well.
Enjoy the track, wabo.
Oh no, emzap. Still poorly? That's been going on for a very long time now
Lyrics are rather obscure today. So that's a no from me.
Ran 5 miles this morning. I felt a bit shaky due to limited calorie intake yesterday. Chalking it off as a fatburning exercise
Lyrics, yes and got yesterday's too!
Emz and Dustin, hope for return to normal soon!
Hazel - I'd be scared of ballooning too but at the same time can see it's attraction.
Wabo - track, that's brave!
Ale - good to hear you're able to run longer.
busy couple of days, 5k loop with the regulars and also two visiting friends who used to live here, nice!
Then evening meal out with our visiting friend and our vet friend, very pleasant evening.
Managed to fit in my long run this morning, wasn't too pretty and v slow but 21.2 miles done. Cool and a little foggy.
Friend delivered to the airport just now where his flight is again delayed!
