Going for a flying visit. Hotel is in Seel Street (Ropewalks area?)

One of my mates, is also a runner, so we thought a nice 5k run in the morning would be a good idea. Anyone got any good suggestions. Sure we could cope with slighly longer if need be.

You're right in the city centre so it will be hard to run far without lots of traffic light,you're best way is to head down to the front,turn left then you can run as far as you want until you want to turn back.
