Morning!

Lyrics: ... ... ... ... ... go round and round,
round and round,
round and round,
... ... ... ... ... go round and round,
all day long.

Another transport themed song probably sung by Lucas, or Wabo, Els or OH's grandchildren.

What: very much a run to feel day

Why: see how wet I feel like getting
Progress is rarely a straight line. There are always bumps in the road, but you can make the choice to keep looking ahead.

    Morning again!

What: just over 40 minutes d&d

Why: before the wind and rain come/break from decorating etc

Anyone else fed up with spammers? 5 flags and they disappear.

Hope that you get your run done and work is not too chaotic, Hazel!

Phew - work chaos is postponed for now.

Spammers flagged - didn't get to kill any threads as 5th flagger but if anyone wan'ts the honours I think there are still some left.

    Good attitude Dustin.

Good timing then Ale.  Enjoy the decorating - at least that is - I assume at least - an indoor activity.

I just killed the spammer  >:)

Sounds like a nice break, Hazel. Glad work isn't too bad today. Hope you can find a place for speed work. The next few days will be challenging. Not sure yet how well I can stick to the plan. Anyway, safety first.

You are putting in a lot of quality miles at the moment, Dustin. Well done.

Lucky you avoiding the rain, ale :) It was biblibcal here. So much that even my trusted OMM jacket did succumb and I ended up with wet shoulders and arms.

What: 14 mile MLR in the pouring rain
Why: Cram in as much as possible before the storms hit
Last hard: two longish runs back to back are a bit hard but I am just eating my reward: Pizza for lunch
    Last rest: 13/2
    Lyrics: I think so

    Evening!

Well done Pammie! Making good progress!
    Good work on MLR2, Chick!
Yes, can't always be a great session, Dustin: banking it when tired is important!
Hope the work chaos never happens, Hazel!

Weather is particularly foul here with wheelie bins flying all over the place. Need to look carefully at when and where I run tomorrow.
