Only really post on the daily training thread these days....
(I did find the blue & yellow URWFRC vest the other week though...)

Still running, but ~20 years older than when I first posted on here...

I am still here and saw my vest  before we moved house 18 months ago......not sure it made it safely here.
I love the club a lot of fun and a hive of activety.
Still running  after a break when ruptured Achilles but been back  7 years or more.

Wow! Can't believe the forums are still going! I have just popped over here to have a look, some of my really old posts are still here. Great to see you guys again. I lost my old vest but have such great memories of meet ups in London & at races too. Anyone else still around?
