    Must have been a shock to have a real meeting emzap.  I guess you would outsprint me easily - I am a crap sprinter.

    No squash for me - don't like raquet sports.  You would laugh to see me trying to play badminton OH.  Hope your appointment comes through soon.

    Ale / Chick - I think I have both Happy Talk and Wot on vinyl somewhere. Pal of mine saw the Damned on your a couple of weeks ago too…

    last hard - last nights session: 400/300/200/100 fast, same distance steady recovery. 3 sets. Tougher than it looks….

    Rather tired not feeling rested but went out 4 x8 minutes at supposedly easy pace didn't feel like it but although slower than other sessions a smidge further than last Wednesday 

    I'm more than likely  entering  a 5km race not till August  gives me 15 weeks once entries open

    Meeting was good and squash was good. I love sprinting, want to time myself for a 100m one day again.

    3km today to find 2 btw postboxes to add to the collage.
