Good running yesterday Ale - impressive stuff from M78 regarding the mile.
Els I was hiking in Diemtigtal, the pic is looking towards Zweisimmen if that means much. Were you at the Trainspotters train station then yesterday or is that somewhere else? Great to meet up with your ultra friends like that.

Last hard: taking a total rest day yesterday - a bit of CNBA to be sure but also decided that my sore legs wouldn't appreciate a running outing.
