Didn't get anything done yesterday, really wet all the way home but fine in Orkney. Odd. Had a nice lunch in Beauly on our way, tired though.
Fracture clinic and numerous admin tasks this morning, a bit of shopping, short beach run , CPD and cooking.
Hopefully a longer run tomorrow.
Not so confident about even doing a couple of backyard loops just now!
