    Morning

2 year streak anniversary today Ale? (or is it tomorrow?)

The Fetch games are a good way of getting out exploring and away from standard routes.  I haven't tried out Fetchpoint yet though.

Looking forward to more TdF today.

Good work by you and Jodie on the c25k Wabo.

    What: group recovery maybe?
    Why: Tuesday
    Last rest: 14.07.23

    Lyrics: possibly

    Morning again!

All being well tomorrow brings up two years of running at least one mile a day, so I guess the anniversary is Thursday,  having started on 20/7/21.

    What: 28 minute off road

    Why: recovery run

    Enjoy yours, Hazel!

    Hiya
Good outing yesterday Ale, nice streaking
Not really an avid TdF fan, - I follow the results and watch a bit of the highlights but that's about it
    Pammie - good going yesterday!
Hazel - hope you find a group

    What - club session : 10 x 2mins
    why - Tuesday
    last rest - 07/07
    last hard - today
    lyric - yep
  • Early start to the day as we mis-set the alarm an hour too  early for Els to catch the 6:30 ferry.

    Various domestic tasks

    Aqua walking then Oldies badminton.

Van dropped off for sliding door to be repaired.

    Lyrics yes

Well done on the streak AH especially with all you've been through.

    What OH said, Ale. Impressive.

Dustin: I never cared about the TdF until my husband started watching in 2018. Now we're both hooked.

Hazel: epic TdF time trial today!

14 mile progression run today. Bit of a shock to the system but I felt stronger than I thought. Was supposed to do this run at the weekend but it was too warm for my liking.
