    Part one d&d. Just under 45 minutes mainly off road. Bit of a slog. Glad that I didn't do parkrun.

    Should have got yesterday's as well.

    No Miami Vice outfit I'm afraid Dustin - only there for about 13-14 hours to sleep for the night then go to the port in the morning.

    Currently in Heathrow.

    No running today, been on the go since shortly after 5am and won't be in the hotel tonight until after 2am GMT

    I, on the other hand, after 9 yesterday, felt really good, tempo run see below

    Afternoon! No parkrun either. Too much rain yesterday so I didn't fancy the soggy footpath.

    Enjoy the cruise, chamolk.

    That sounds like the 9 went well yesterday, wabo.

    My legs are joining yours today, Ale. I felt like I left the handbrake on. Laboured.

    At least there was respite from wind and rain, so I managed 10 miles but it was hard work today. Guess I had that coming after two runs feeling strong and after doing leg machines in the gym yesterday 😆

    parkrun cancelled here (residual snow on path + high winds)
    Walk around Scapa instead.
    Snow mostly gone this afternoon - just wet!

    Babb's mill for me this morning in another pbpb. 27 on the dot. I'm getting there 

    Parkrun has gone mad. Does this mean the friends function on the 5km app won't work anymore?!? (I like seeing where ale's been!).

    Never heard anymore about the dog incident Wednesday, it's gone weirdly very quiet which I don't like.

    What - County XC league race 4
    Why - complete the set
    last rest - 21/09
    last hard - that was
    Wasn't 100% sure I'd run: was on team manager duty solo, but luckily managed to coerce one of the junior coaches to 'score' the Senior Men's race. Solid, if unspectacular: around 6 miles at 8m/miling.
    Ground soft, but was a lovely sunny day right on the South Coast.
