Hazel : re Tokyo - I have no idea about entry requirements, I know most have London GFA times if Tokyo has similar. Might be different for overseas runners.
What - Will be 6 or 7 at lunchtime
Why - Easy Monday
last rest - 21/09
last hard - Saturday's track.
lyric - not so sure
What 3.6 miles run walk
Why night shift tonight so tomorrow might be difficult
Last hard should be today but wasn't too bad
Lyrics No. But first thought was what an ultra. How far is that? The route function on Fetch says over 1500 miles
I think the Tokyo GFA times are faster than the London ones, as far as I remember.
That's good that today's run felt fine Pammie
What's the hometrainer Hazel?
Hope you got the lunch run done ok Dustin
After a rest and plenty of food and liquids I felt fine after Saturdays fun and games. Went out for 10k yesterday and did 2 x 2 mile tempo - I previously found doing a fairly steady run the day after a long run quite helpful, though I didn't usually do something quite as intense as this. Went fine though. 30mins easy today to recover though and now in work until 9pm - trying to get some more day time work to avoid doing as many nights for a while.

Yesterday's were Walking in Memphis, Mark Cohn amongst others.
That does sound tough after Saturday, Chamolk! Take care!
Managed to take my mind off the hamstring etc by working today! MRI results tomorrow lunchtime.
Work just done, thought I had afternoon off though!
Sounds a speedy recovery Ale.
Annoyed to be sat inside on a nice day when it's rained all weekend and maybe 60mph wind tomorrow!
