Junior parkrun this morning with the 9 year old, then visited my parents. Just back in from an hour run - added 4 miles at close to what I'm hoping might be marathon pace in London, to practice running that speed on tired legs. Legs didn't feel as bad as I'd expected and my HR was lower than I'd expected too.
