I didn't race yesterday alehouse? I was meant to do the league relays Saturday but found out I was spare so non scoring and opted out as I'm below par anyway. Didn't fancy driving all the way there just for a run tbh

why - inspired by Emz, found the muddiest paths locally. Added bonus was a flooded stretch , leaving the footbridge under water. Let's just say the water came up to parts I'd wish it didn't ....

Did a 3km trot. Can tell I ran yesterday but i was definitely less stiff by the end of the trot.
