Yesterday's were Flower of Scotland,  which no doubt will be sung at the Ireland v Scotland Rugby this pm.

What: a couple of gentle stretches

Why: physio prescribed 

Walked 500 metres times two yesterday,  with just one crutch.

Did 45 mins easy yesterday then another mile with one of the boys. 

Long run today - 2hrs 30 with a friend. Started picking up the pace a little in the middle then did the parkrun after 13 miles to try and get a few fast miles, then a cool down.18.4 miles total

Need to rush on now to a wake, will try and check in again later if possible

Last hard: this should have been but was surprisingly easy

So started the run saying I'd take it easy. It was very busy and after last weekend I thought my legs would be knackered.  Well that went out the window when I ran 26:09. A post Lucas on by over a minute. I'm almost almost back......

Super windy here. A little over 8k. Pace was 6:43 against the wind and 4:55 on the return 💨💨💨

At least you had the wind from the right direction on the way back chicksta, other way around would have been harder.

What: just a bit of walking today
Why: day trip to St. Gallen in eastern Switzerland
Last hard: no evening meal as no restaurant car,not exactly a hardship as plenty of snacking done anyway.
