Morning!

Lyrics: She played the fiddle in an Irish band
But she fell in love with an English man

Happy birthday,  Wabo!

And enjoy St. Patrick's Day, anyone celebrating.

Yesterday's lyrics were Back in the USSR,  The Beatles.

Wish you better soon, Wabo...not that Spurs are helping!

Just being cautious until I have seen the specialist on Thursday.

    Evening

Happy birthday Wabo (hope it's just a touch of something minor and will be gone soon) and happy St Patrick's day to everyone

Good work with the parkrun Pammie

Hope the half went well Hazel

Hope you're managing ok without the running Ale, I'm sure it must be frustrating

Working last night and was really tired - long run yesterday then down in Fermanagh as my wife's uncle died. Tried to get a bit of sleep in the car in the way home but was glad to get to bed this morning.

Planned some miles at marathon pace today. The legs felt fine after yesterday so thought I'd maybe try 5. Ended up doing 8 miles today with 10k at hopeful marathon pace or faster so I'm really happy with how it went - think it was just under 47 minutes. Felt easier than I'd expected and my HR was less than I'd anticipated. Hopefully this means things are all coming together at just the right time for the marathon. I've still a slight worry about my endurance bit I've another 20 miler planned so hopefully that'll help

No celebrating for me, back in work tonight

    Lyrics - I think so

Happy at Patrick's day....supposed to be a good omen for summer I'd it is a nice day....well today started with rain but turned to sun in afternoon so could be anyone's guess.

    Hazel, pretty long runs!
No running to report until we get home, been too busy with grandkids also Son and youngest daughter came over doe the weekend...great to get together. Ellie's 3rd birthday party today, seemed to go well. Her mum is very talented and made a great cake!

Surprisingly very little was left by end of the afternoon.
