    Morning

By coincidence I was listening to this song yesterday in the car with the boys so lyrics are a yes today (complete with Salvador's name I note), and should have got yesterday's.

Just home from work. Miserable weather here, heavy rain all night and set to stay this way all week. Bed shortly and back in work at 7pm, though only a 4 hour shift. Hopefully will get out this afternoon for a few miles

Nice half Dustin, and nice training half Hazel

    Hope you recover soon Wabo

I think it's a fairly new half Els (maybe 10 years or so I think), part of a festival of running. Had a 10k yesterday too but the marathon from a few years ago seems to have stopped.

I think we have the same weather, Chamolk! Hope you can get out later. And decent half, and the same for Dustin.  And a training half for Hazel.

Wabo: if you are going for the 100, doubles may well be the way to go.

Hope Pammie is having a good running month!

    Morning

    Have a nice kip Chamolk.

Shame about the weather Ale and Chamolk, hope there is a chance of it picking up for Easter.

    Doubles could help indeed Wabo.

That was a decent half Dustin, well done.

What: recovery, probably a 5 miler, stuff on mat and hometrainer if I can fit it in
    Why: Monday
    Last rest: 23.03.24
Ongoing hard: trying to work out the whats and whens for this week.  I am looking forward to the long weekend but it also means family visit and thus less time than usual

    Lyrics: no

    Hiya
    Ale - enjoy playtime!
Chamolk - rest well and hope you get outside later
Hazel - I'm sure you'll find time! I was telling my marathon group that often the training schedule is mentally draining - working out when and where to fit runs in...

    What - London run
    Why - Recovery
    Last Rest - 21/09
    Last hard - weekend
    lyric - I think I ought to

Great half marathons, Dustin and chamolk.

Van saga sounds super annoying, OH.

    Good to see you, Pammie.

    Busy day, wabo!

Dustin: I'm rather glad I do no longer have to bend over backwards to fit a grueling marathon training schedule in. I do remember those P&D days and I sure don't miss them 😉

11k run yesterday and slightly less today. Crazy windy again.
