Glad Salvador was ok alehouse, had a similar day but Cleo was up the hospital all day with mum, suspected appendicitis. Poor thing she had an awful day. They sent her home but she's to go back today for a scan.
I had Lyla all day so my run ended up being a 1 mile streak saver at 9pm. Tried to get her to come out earlier but she didn't want to. She was so worried about big sis

Got a phone call at 7:50 asking me to work, so quick shower, shave, grab sandwich, bag, put suit on etc and out the door in no time!

I forgot I wouldn't have my car, so I set off for the station at 11.15, jogged there not knowing train times. Got there too see next train 11.44 and instantly knew I couldn't make the LFOTM.
Gutted. But Pammie ran well which is great!
So I've had a funny old day, probably run 3 miles and walked 3 altogether.
