Carbon Plated Trainer Reco's Pls *Must Have Removeable Insoles*

I currently use Nike Zoom Fly 4 which I like and would go the 5s be it not for the fact you can't replace the insoles on the 5 (they're glued or sewn down).

Seems to be the case with alot of higher-end trainers like Alphafly etc that the insoles are not removable which is no good for me as I use custom insoles so need insoles that can pull out and be replaced easily.

This is never mentioned on YT reviews (at least not ones I've seen).

Mainly for HM/full Mara distance.

Any reco's welcome.
