Saturday 27th April 2024 Last night I dreamt of San Pedro

Morning!

Lyrics: Last night I dreamt of San Pedro
Just like I'd never gone, I knew the song

I believe that today's island is fictional!

Dustin: I guess that yesterday evening you were referring to The Foxes! And well done QPR!

What: stretches later but first some walking at parkrun.

Why: meeting BR and Hilly.

Go well racers and parkrunners

Well done yesterday,  Pammie.
Progress is rarely a straight line. There are always bumps in the road, but you can make the choice to keep looking ahead.

Well done for pinning a number on, OH! Wish I could join you! Not long now until your appointment? Onwards and upwards.

Well done at Thurrock,  Wabo and Pammie!

Saw BR and Hilly who were both pleased with their results, both running their best parkrun times for some years.

Must have been nice to see BR and Hilly Ale.

Well done on LFOTM pammie. Shame that Wabo didn't make it but it seems today compensated.

Sorry been a bit AWOL but still running. 9km Tues, 5 Thursday.

Today went to Brunswick park parkrun and did a respectable 25:40 after a day of trampolining with Lucas yesterday. My arms ached this morning!  60th different event today.

Sounds like lots of you are meeting up which is lovely. I've not been to Manchester for too long ale!
