Inversion Table Therapy

I think I may benefit from using an inversion table.

I'm big at 6ft 3ins and 17 1/2 stone. running I believe may be causing compression in the spine , which may be causing a varity of symptoms.

I could give up running of course but it's been the only thing to shift weight. If I could run more I feel I could lose more weight.

Has anyone first hand, long term experience?
