I only just started using ibuprophen for these times and find it gets rid of all the pain! had previously been using paracetamol which are useless

If anyone fancies a blast on road bikes tomorrow in the Essex and Herts countryside that's what I'll be doing after about 1 hours plodding (if Mrs Jamo approves of course) probably a good time to ask not being toxic 'n' all!

Oh, and as you well know joby, i have a tendency to limp round every race i do.
in fact have twigged i actually enter races just so i can have some company on long runs. can't do long runs on my own so just enter a race to get some distance in. No wonder i don't get any better!

I'm not going to push my hip this time, its taken since Stafford to stop whincing with every step. Its still quite tender so I'm taking it very easy or I'll end up not plodding again for 6 months!
