Buying a treadmill from Argos in a set for £500 with weights and other bits.
Will this be ok for my needs:-
Stroller Treadmill:High torque 1.75hp constant rate DC motor with PWM motor controller. 0-8mph variable speed setting.
Want to run 5-7 miles in the mornings at 8/9 min miles.
Then going to run outside at the weekend for my long run.
Sound ok?
