Training
Hello all,
I have just downloaded the RW sub-3hr marathon training schedule with the 2004 NY Marathon in mind.
Has anybody used this programme before?Any comments? Any thoughts on other programmes?
Thank you
J

No, but be aware NYC has approx. three slower miles (bridges), hence you need to train a little bit faster than just 2:59:59

James,
I used it as a 'guide' for this year's FLM (my first marathon).
Swapped the odd session round and added/subtraced a mile or two here and there
.It did the trick for me !!!
