DL, there are some out there, but what I find most useful is just to use an exercise book or diary and note down anything I think of interest or relevance. This could include
Distance Pace Ave HR Interval times Training partners Shoes worn Weather / Temperature Terrain Course profile Time of day Diet
I don't record most of these most of the time but a blank page gives you that flexibility.
Hi Davina, we had a discussion about this on the cardiff marathon thread, page 117. RodgerDodge had a nice link to a downloadable spreadsheet which is quite comprehensive - loads of nice charts, much nicer than I put together myself!!
