Useful info for us runners: in Running Injury-Free it's stated that you will be more prone to injury if you have >15% body fat for a man and >20% for a woman.
is there any way of getting a rough idea of body yourself without having body fat scales as I'd be interested to know (definitely over the 32% I think!)

obese for women is over 32 percent, and for men over 25 percent.
ranges for athletes etc also shown.
