I haven't long started running and i don't know how often to go. Do i go every other day, or every day or what? Plz help.

if beginner-3 imes a week should be fine

Try twice a day, start off on 10 mins morning and evening and add a minute to each run each day. Take it nice n easy for a few months. This will build you a really good base of fitness.
