Wonder if anyone can help - I've only recently started running with any degree of thought, and never run a 10k (or 5k), but all the stuff about VO2max training and LT needs you to know your race pace. On an average training run I do 6miles in 50mins without busting a gut but feel like I'm working. Any way I can calculate back from that to get a rough idea?? thanks a lot.
