Muscle fasciculation

Does any one suffer from muscle twitching particularly in the legs, but can be virtually any where on the body. My doctor has diagnosed it as benign fasiculation - I'd be grateful for any comments?

Benign fasciculation isn't a diagnosis, it's fancy words for twitching legs! My better half gets bouts of twitchy legs and sometimes forearms since he's started running. They tend to come and go with increases in training.
