Some chavvy kid who can have only been about 17 but still much bigger then me tried to grab hold of me/grope me whilst running home tonight.
Actually gave me quite a shock.
Was just about to open my mouth to yell at him to **** off but thought better of it and just aimed a shove at him and legged it. Better not to give them the satisfaction of reacting and all that...
Just had to have a mini-rant to people who would understand!

Litle Sh!t
I would actually report it to the police
how DARE it!!!!!!
This sort of story, and recent incidents of attacks by nutcases in Twickenham (french girl killed), Richmond Park (cyclist killed), and so on, convinces me it's the right thing to do.
The Human Rights Act 1998 gives me a right to life. Therefore it gives me a right to defend my life.
Only my opinion.
I would report him if I had a clue what he looked like - he had a hoodie on over a cap and it was so quick that I never saw his face.
It certainly hasn't put me off running but it is a little worrying that I went down that route because it is the most well lit and I presumed the safest.
Unfortunately this is just a rough area with enough kids having/meriting asbos to sink a ship...I have seen kids smashing a car window right outside a police station down the road.
I also agree with merc and Lady L.
It was an attempted assault and should be reported to the police. If peeps let these things go, then there is no documented evidence of a problem, and you can guarantee that nothing will get done about it.
Hope you are feeling OK )
What a wee beast!! Hope you are ok babe!!
You are entitled to rant, to prosecute, to do whatever you want to do.
Been there, though not on a run, and it's horrible. Far more than you think it should be. But it's not YOU, it's HIM.
is there someone who can give you a real hug and let you have a bit of a sniffle?
Hope you are OK now Kitty.
Anon - totally agree with you.
Indeed.
