Hey, I know there's lots of TG threads, but I couldn't find any that offered advice on training for this... Apart from lots of hilly runs, what are people doing? I've strung a rope out in the garden to climb on. Also entering the Rough'n'Tumble 10 16th Jan......
Any other ideas? No, I'm not going to have freezing baths ;-)
