Or what goes around comes around. Or why are the same questions repeatedly asked?

As a variation on a popular theme, here are some FGAs - Frequently given answers...

* Go to a proper running shop.

* Get anyone, so long as it's made of paclite.

* Paclite is expensive and doesn't do the job. Get a packamac from Woolworths.

* Have you read Sean Fishpool's articles on HRM?

* I love gadgets, me. I found one for half RRP on E-bay.

* Download accuroute.

* Download trailgauge.

* I'd love to run with you. Unfortunately we live 238.7 miles away from each other. Have you tried your local running club?

* My cheque's been cashed. Does this mean I'm in?

* My cheque's not been cashed. Does this mean I'm out?

* It's probably just a big fart, but better safe than sorry eh? Go see your GP.

* According to the law of specificity blah drone (I never get beyond this point)

I don't know whether to laugh or get cross with you! The thing is, when someone's new to the site the question might be as much a way to make contact as a desperate need for information.
