Caz watch out Jonathan has a very interesting technique of warming up before a race and of cooling down afterwards. If you do have the pleasure of meeting him during the race an even bigger warning is needed as he has an even more interesting excuse for why he is so slow. Still J you did say on another thread that you were going to do a race without the pit stop to see if you realy could improve on your PB!

I've trawelled throught this whole thread and can only find a pub near a station on a Sunday.

I've also got drinks with the office on Friday but will head on over afterwards, that is if somebody would be kind enough to let me know where to go...
