I have been running for just over six months and I have just timed myself over 3 good old english miles!!! Did it in 22 mins - I'm amazed and pleased, next stage is not to collapse at the end of it!!
Hi, well done, I suppose it depends what you are aiming for, if you are looking more at longer distance races then aim to increase the distance first, or if you never intend running further than 10km then you could look now at the spped side.

What next -- quicker time or increase the distance??
Quicker time will mean I will have to invest in a stopwatch or similair and I don't think that is for me...
Increase distance at the same pace, sound's the better option and it will get me ready for the "Three Peaks" in June!
