Anyone just starting out living in Sevenoaks? I'm too chicken to join the club just yet, want to be able to run 30 mins comfortably without turning purple before I think about a club!
As an early morning runner I find the poor street lighting in Sevenoaks very off-putting for doing any serious winter training. I'm fortunate that I can do most of my running in Central London. Having said that; Knole park is the most amazing setting for running.
Check out 7oaks ac's web-site : www.7oaks-ac.org.uk and drop Paul Tabor a line. I'm not a member (yet) but I understand that as well as their Tuesday evening meetings they have Saturday morning training runs in Knole park. I'm sure they can give you plenty of advice/encouragement. Go for it !
