Has anyone here successfully rehabilitated their VMO? What exercises did they find most helpful? Static quad contractions & straight leg extensions just dont seem to be doing the job for me.
What treatment did anyone have any success with? I was thinking about investing in an EMS system, as I read a
paper suggesting that it might prove useful, and to be frank, Im getting desperate.
Has anyones physio treated them using one of these?

I'm sure I was told that the last few degrees of a straight leg extension is when the VMO comes into play. Maybe try doing them from a position where the leg is nearly fully extended already?
