Was going to do Rotterdam , but that and FLM clash with my big sisters 40th Birthday so in some ways its a blessing I was rejected.

Running Tadley x-c this Sunday then nothing until the Grim,Meon Valley 19.5m x-c,Bramley 20 in Feb and Camberley and Fleet halves in March.

Just writing up my training plan for the first 16 weeks of this year......

I'm going for a total change and attempt the London Triathlon. The really nice thing is that it is at the end of the summer so I get lots of long bright days to train in.
