Asthma - charity runners?

Anyone else out there running for the National Asthma Campaign? This is my first marathon, aged 25 having at last seem to have got my asthma controlled. Although training in this very cold weather is proving hard...

Looking forward to meeting fellow NAC runners on the 16th Feb .. does anyone know if we'll have the chance to do any running???

I'm not running this year as I am doing Paris the week before, but did run last year for the NAC. I have volunteered to be in one of the supporter teams around the course with them instead, so will give you as much encouragement as possible. It's a great cause and they are a fantastic team to run with.
I seem to remember the training day last year did include a run as well as all the other useful information.
