Ok next qustion ( sorted out the training schedule silly me thought it was the previous weeks not the week ahead!!!!!!!) SO...I click on training history and it lists weeks and months but when I click on a bar comes up with Date Pace Time etc but none of my details?? what should I see ?sorry to be a pain! its a great site and I want to use it!!! Karen

First enter you username and password into the login box on the left hand side.
Once logged in click the training manager icon on the left hand side of the menu bar. This should then display three months at the top of the screen.
Simply select a date from the calender enter your details and of you go.

The history will only show any reports once you've set the status of a session to completed.
