As most of the running topics on this forum are based around road running and longer distances are there any forums aimed at track and shorter distances? (Middle distance)

Thanks for the replies, already checked out the 1500m thread.

Was looking for something like this site but for the track events - the scottishathletics site doesnt seem to be all that used and neither it or the athletics weekly site are aimed at advice and training info

http://www.letsrun.com/ is more real than this site in that you won't be asked about your fave shopping store or toaster.

Also. http://www.athletics-weekly.com/ is not about toasters, but therefore probably doesn't get many hits

www.kicksports.com has a track section on its forums and is fairly busy as it is an american based site.

www.university-athletics.co.uk is prob the most used athletics forum, which has posts from all leading Uk runners.

I know £75 funding to hold Commonwealth games to Birmingham is great. But what would general public think, when a club only three miles away, can't get funding to get lighting for winter training
