Going Away for 10 days - speedwork or long run?

Hello All,

I'm after some advice. I'm away from 10 days tomorrow with work and will find it hard to keep up with my current training schedule. I'm training for the FLM and want to know whether I should do speed sessions & hill reps whilst I'm away (access to a gym) or say do 5-10k daily to keep my mileage up? I won't be able to do any long runs as will not have time, but can do daily runs at the hotel gym. What would you guys suggest? I did a long run yesterday of 13 miles.
