Hmm. Haven't been on here for a VERY long time and there still seems to be difficulties for new users.  A great pity because this forum was massive not that long ago and now it is hardly used.

Anyway you have to have 3 stars next to your name before you can start new threads but - as I've said before - I don't know how you get stars!  

Anyone out there know??
