abnormal running?

When i run/walk i tend to do so on the outsides of my feet. Is this ok? i try to run straighter but i find it difficult.

what do u think?

    If it's OK for you and isn't causing any injuries, then I'm sure it's fine. <ost people land on the outsides of their feet - the degree to which your foot then rolls inwards determines whether you over-pronate or not (at least, that's my understanding).

    I would say that generally speaking, trying to change the way you run naturally is likely to result in injury. As long as it isn't causing problems, I wouldn't worry about it.
  • Have you had gait analysed at a proper running shop? If the way you run IS likely to damage you they can advise a shoe to protect your feet when you run.

    My wife has very difficult to fit feet and needs size/width which is hard to find. I ordered this pair for her with information provide on the website and they are a perfect fit. Best fitting, supportive shoes she's had in years. Grateful to find out about Orthofeet. Also I ordered slippers, These slippers are unisex so they run a little bigger and wider.
