My long run plan is so dull it makes me cringe:
5/3 18 miles
12/3 19 miles
19/3 20 miles
26/3 21 miles
1/4 22 miles
Then off on a skiing trip for 5 days -great taper. And yes my LSR last week was 17 miles! Guess I'm just a very simple guy.

Another long run out of the way I did my 2nd 20 miler today in 2hrs 43mins,really chuffed with the time.My last 20 miler 2 weeks ago was done in 2hrs 48mins.
I have plans to do 2 22milers over the coming weeks, can't wait for those !!!!!

I just completed 17 miles at 4 hour 35 mins pace, which may be slow for some, but that repeated on the day would smash my PB by 23 mins.
I'm chuffed.
