The course was looking really good up until last week!! when they started filming The Man from UNCLE, churned up and muddy around the back of ceasars camp. My Hoka were getting well and truely clogged up.

I'm glad this is on! I have the Friday night from hell thanks to a work event and it was only the thought of winding Henk up the next day that was going to get me through...and I'm not even racing
I am thinking of toeing the line with Hokas, a GPS, compression tights and a hydration bladder. I wonder how that will go down?

New compression gear, GPS & Camelbak just turned up in the post today. Got my Hokas as well so I'm good to go.
Packing my Stetson just for the music
Forecast 17degrees - sun lotion/sun hat/sombrero and shades and of course ipod
What about the arm guards? sunglasses? Hydration vest? Yak traks in case it snows
